Configure your earn rules
Set a base earn ratio (e.g. ₹10 spent = 1 point) and optional multipliers per service category — 2× on Annual Maintenance Contracts, 3× on premium detailing. Blackout services (e.g. parts-only jobs) can be excluded.
Points awarded at invoice close
When a technician marks a job complete and the invoice is issued, Autroid instantly calculates and credits loyalty points to the customer's wallet. No manual step. The customer receives a WhatsApp notification with their new balance.
Tier upgrades trigger automatically
Customers crossing spend thresholds (e.g. ₹15,000 annual = Gold, ₹40,000 = Platinum) are upgraded automatically. A congratulatory WhatsApp message with their new tier benefits is sent at the moment of upgrade.
Customer redeems at billing
At next visit, the customer shows their WhatsApp wallet or tells the front desk their number. Staff see the balance on the billing screen and apply the discount in one tap. Redemption is logged in the customer's transaction history.
