These feed into a composite efficiency score displayed on the manager dashboard and tie into the incentive formula so there's zero disagreement on monthly payouts.
What happens to leave balances when an employee's leave is approved?
Leave balances are deducted the moment a leave request is approved — not at month-end. If an employee is on Loss of Pay (LOP), payroll automatically adjusts the gross calculation for that month. Carry-forward rules (e.g., maximum 15 EL carried to next year) are configured per your company policy and applied automatically at year-end. Managers always see real-time available balances, and employees see their own balance in the mobile app.
